App: دوتوپیا (TwoTopia) for Android and iOS · Effective date: 2026-09-29
This policy explains what information the دوتوپیا (TwoTopia) mobile game collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can have it deleted. The game is developed and published by Flying Acorn Oy, Espoo, Finland ("Flying Acorn", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@flyingacorn.studio.
In short:
When you first open the game, it creates an anonymous player account on our servers. Linked to that account we store:
Your player name, avatar and scores are visible to other players on the leaderboards.
If you link a Google account or an Apple ID, the game also keeps a backup copy of your game progress on our servers, so that it can be restored on another device. Without a linked account, your progress is kept only on your device.
To run the game and our services, the game sends us technical information about your device and installation: device model and name, a device identifier generated by the operating system, operating system and graphics hardware details, app version, the store you installed the game from, your time zone and the number of sessions played. From the IP address of your connection we determine your approximate country, which we use to route you to the right server and to show region-appropriate content. We do not collect your precise location.
You can link a Google account from the profile screen. The game then requests only the openid,
email and profile permissions, and we receive and store:
We do not request access to any other Google data, such as your contacts, files, calendar or Google Play activity.
If you link an Apple ID, we receive your Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your email address (which may be an Apple private relay address) and your name.
In-app purchases are processed by the app store you use (Google Play or the App Store). We receive the purchase and transaction details needed to confirm the purchase and deliver the item. We never receive your payment card or bank details.
The game includes software from the partners listed in the section "Who we share information with". They collect usage events (for example levels played and ads watched), crash reports, device information, your IP address, and advertising identifiers (the Android Advertising ID or, on iOS if you allow tracking, the IDFA). If you allow notifications, a push notification token is also collected.
The Google account information described above is used only to identify your account, so that your saved game progress can be found and restored when you sign in again, including on another device, and to show in the game which account is linked.
Flying Acorn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers, which process it on our behalf or under their own privacy policies:
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our players, our company or others. If our business is transferred to another company, your information may be transferred with it under this policy.
Where required by law, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the game asks for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice later from the game's settings. On iOS, the game asks for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Your game account, game data and linked account information are stored on servers operated by Flying Acorn. All communication between the game and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to player data is limited to the staff who need it to run and support the game. Depending on where you play, your information may be processed on servers outside your country. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, contact us at support@flyingacorn.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at support@flyingacorn.studio and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top of this page, and if we change how the game uses Google user data or other personal information in a significant way, we will tell you in the game before the change takes effect.
